We are seeking a highly skilled experienced revenue leader to grow and lead the demand generation team. The current sales team is based remotely in multiple Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and all sell to the US. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of scaling ARR from $5M to over $10+ million USD selling to US-based decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will draw upon creativity, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue goals.
- Manage and grow the demand generation team (both SDRs and Account Executives) based in different countries in Latin America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and competition.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and overall success.
- Generate and drive new business through our client's direct sales functions.
- Bring a scale mindset to the sales strategies.
- Ensure we build a high-performance team by maintaining quality and high standards.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS software environment or selling software development services and team augmentation to US companies (not LatAm)
- 3+ Years managing account executives and SDR teams.
- Experience running and scaling go-to-market organizations to support revenue growth from $3m-$10m+ ARR from US-based customers
- Proven experience selling to C-level decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations in the US
- Proven track record in hiring and onboarding sales reps.
- Communicate effectively to share learnings and support clear group decisions.
