Remotely is looking for a Growth Marketer to lead the charge in scaling both our talent network and our customer base. This role demands a unique combination of strategic foresight, marketing acumen, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will drive innovative marketing initiatives that significantly contribute to Remotely's growth trajectory and is passionate about being a hands-on contributor in executing campaign strategies.
ABOUT YOU
You have 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role (bonus if it’s in the SaaS industry) and a track record of successful growth projects and strategies.
Smart, scrappy, and "full-stack": You are comfortable doing everything from strategy to writing copy to tracking weekly metrics, cold emailing, community engagement, building landing pages, managing ad spend, and more. You’re willing to figure out what you don't know to get stuff done with minimum supervision. When something doesn’t work, you immediately try new ways to overcome those obstacles rather than getting stuck.
Highly analytical: With pre-existing knowledge and intuition for the data, we can draw insights and make decisions quickly. You are constantly willing to experiment with new channels and strategies and judge their success based on (quality) leads generated.
Strong communicator in writing (English): While good conversational English is essential, articulate/clear written communication is critical.
Attention to detail: You know that quality of execution is crucial for any growth experiment. Without quality execution, a growth experiment is not valid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data-Driven Growth Development: You will constantly experiment with new growth tactics and utilize data analytics to create a scalable and repeatable marketing engine. Identify target audiences and where they spend time. Understand how they learn about tools and services, and how best to influence them.
This includes the optimization of our website and conversion funnels. You’ll help set up a growth engine that generates qualified applications/leads every week.
Content and LinkedIn Marketing: Execute awareness and engagement programs on social media (esp. Linkedin) and email marketing. Paid, earned, and organic. Own the roadmap to ensure our website educates, inspires, and converts prospects.
