We’re hiring a Product Marketing & Content Manager who can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories—and who can own the full content lifecycle across LinkedIn, SEO, long-form guides, case studies, email, and more. You’ll work directly with our founders and go-to-market team to amplify our voice, build trust in the market, and create content that drives pipeline.
This is not a “make things look nice” content role. This is a high-leverage, strategic, deeply hands-on role for someone who understands growth, messaging, storytelling, and channel dynamics—and who can produce high-output work quickly.
ABOUT YOU
You have 4**–8+ years** of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a similar role in a high-velocity startup (bonus points for SaaS, HR tech, B2B marketplaces, or staff augmentation).
A world-class SEO & AEO content creator: You have proven experience writing high-quality SEO content with a strong command of keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimization. You understand how to create content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) that captures visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
Tool-savvy and data-driven: You actively use tools like Profound, Semrush and Ahrefs to inform your strategy, conduct research, optimize content, and measure performance. You're highly curious about new tools and approaches, always looking for ways to work smarter.
AI-native and automation-obsessed: You see AI as a core part of your workflow, not an optional tool. You use it to draft and refine content, explore angles and structure, streamline SEO research, automate publishing across channels, and build repeatable frameworks. Your output is bigger, faster, and more sophisticated because you work this way.
A full-stack content & PMM operator: You can own SEO strategy, long-form guides, product messaging, onboarding sequences, landing pages, and GTM materials from the first raw draft to polished final outputs. You're comfortable building systems from scratch.
Product marketing-minded: You understand the customer journey and can design onboarding sequences that guide clients from signup to active usage. You've built activation flows, email sequences, and in-product messaging that drive engagement and retention.
Highly autonomous and resourceful: You thrive with freedom and ownership. You don't need constant supervision—you identify what needs to be done, prioritize effectively, and move forward independently. You're comfortable in startup environments where you need to be flexible, iterate quickly, and find creative solutions.
Analytical and growth-focused: You measure everything and iterate quickly. You understand the mechanics behind search algorithms, engagement loops, and conversion funnels, and you use data to inform your decisions.
Exceptional English writing skills: You write with clarity, precision, and impact. Your content is polished, compelling, and tailored to the audience.
